Performance Organizer is developed by Twin Cities App Dev LLC and is available exclusively on the US App Store®.
Terms Consent
We want to keep things simple. By using Performance Organizer you consent that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer and/or copy Performance Organizer in any way.
Subscriptions
Performance Organizer will offer subscriptions to users to remove data limits and unlock additional visualizations.
Auto Renewal
If you choose to subscribe in the app, the subscription may be subject to auto-renewal. For auto renewable subscriptions, you will be billed at the end of your current subscription period before the next begins. If you want to cancel an auto-renewing subscription, see Cancellation below.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscriptions at any time up to 24-hours in advance of the next billing cycle. If you cancel early, you will continue with any subscription features or unlocks until the end of your current cycle.

Performance Organizer is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use of other dealings in the software.
Changes to our Terms of Service
Performance Organizer is built from the ground up with privacy in mind. As technology changes, so will our Terms of Service.
