Location Feedback is developed by Twin Cities App Dev LLC and is exclusively available on the US App Store®.
Consent to Privacy Policy
We believe in keeping things simple. By using Location Feedback, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
Location Feedback is not designed for individuals under the age of 18. However, if you are under 18, your parent or guardian must consent to these Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy on your behalf before you use the app.
The app does not knowingly collect or transmit personal data externally. All processing occurs locally on your device. If you choose to export, back up, or share your data, you are responsible for how it is stored and used.
If you are a parent or guardian and choose to install and manage Location Feedback on behalf of a minor, you are responsible for their use of the app and any data stored on their device.
Prohibited Uses
Location Feedback is designed for personal use only. The app must not be used to track, monitor, or record another person’s location without their explicit knowledge and consent.
Using the app to track a spouse, partner, or family member without their consent is strictly prohibited. Using the app for surveillance, stalking, or any unlawful activity is also prohibited.
Misuse of Location Feedback in violation of these terms is strictly prohibited. We are not responsible for how users choose to use the app outside of its intended purpose.
Information Collection and Use
Location Feedback collects only the data necessary to provide its core features while keeping your information private. By default, all data is stored on your device, and the app does not transmit it elsewhere. You have full control over your data, including the option to back up, export, or share it.
Location Data
The app records visits using GPS via Core Location to help you review where you’ve been. This data is stored on your device and is not shared unless you choose to export or back it up.
Visit Data
The app detects places you visit using Core Location and records timestamps and visit duration. This visit history stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
Device and Sensor Data
To improve visit accuracy, the app may use motion and fitness sensors to distinguish between different types of movement and refine visit detection. All sensor data is processed on your device and is not transmitted externally.
Map Data
Location Feedback integrates with Apple Maps and MapKit to provide place details and location-based functionality. When using these services, Apple may process requests such as retrieving map data, verifying place details, or performing geocoding. Location Feedback does not collect, store, or transmit any data related to these requests, nor does it control how Apple processes them.

App Performance Data
The App Performance Data feature collects metrics and diagnostics to help improve app efficiency and stability. This data is only collected if you opt in and is powered by Apple’s MetricKit framework.
Performance Metrics
Performance Metrics includes measurements such as app responsiveness, launch times, resource usage, and other key app metrics that help improve app efficiency.
Performance Diagnostics
Performance Diagnostics includes crash reports, app hang diagnostics, system-generated logs, and other key app diagnostics that help improve app stability.
Consent Data
A record of your consent to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy is securely stored. This is the only data saved in the cloud and is used solely for verification purposes.
Information Sharing
Location Feedback does not share, sell, or transfer your data to third parties. Your data remains private and under your control.
User Rights and Choices
Location Feedback is designed to give you full control over your data. You can add, edit, and delete your data freely within the app.
When you delete data, it is removed from the app and no longer accessible within it. The app does not process or transmit personal data to external servers.
If you have enabled optional performance and diagnostic data sharing, you may opt out at any time by adjusting your settings in the app.
Data Privacy, Security, and Retention
Location Feedback is designed to keep your data private and secure. All data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.
If your device has a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID enabled, your data is automatically encrypted at the system level using Apple’s built-in security features. Location Feedback does not implement additional encryption beyond what iOS provides.
User Responsibility for Data Security
Since your data is stored on your device, you are responsible for keeping it secure. To protect your data:
- Ensure your device has a strong passcode enabled.
- Keep your device updated with the latest iOS security updates.
- Be mindful when backing up, exporting, or sharing data, as it could become accessible outside the app.
If you delete data within the app, it is immediately removed and cannot be recovered from within the app. If you back up your device, that backup may still contain previously saved data.
Analytics and Advertising
Location Feedback does not display ads or collect analytics. The app does not track users, but you may choose to share performance and diagnostic data to help improve the experience.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy

By continuing to use Location Feedback after an update, you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
